3MT

Three minutes thesis is competition which hold in University of Queensland, then spread over the world. Each candidate should be a Ph.D or Mphil student to be able to participate in this competition. Also, the participated student must present his thesis in three minutes or less. This afternoon, I went to watch the last steps in University of Queensland. The winner will fly to Perth this month for final 3 minutes thesis (3MT) over Australia and New Zealand. It a little bit challenge because the difficulty of summarising a lot of information in the short time for non specialized audiences. It's a creative idea to develop researcher skills. Congratulations for the winner who presented his thesis about error when police detective try to match figure prints.
